Sheer & voile curtains
Soft daylight filtering for living rooms and balconies. Layer them behind a heavier curtain for privacy after dark.

Over a thousand curtain fabrics and every blind system that makes sense for a Mumbai flat — measured at your home, stitched to size and installed by our own fitters.
Curtains are the cheapest way to change how a room feels and the easiest thing to get wrong. Get the fabric weight, the drop and the heading right and a plain 2 BHK looks tailored. Get them wrong and you have short, thin panels that flap over the AC and fade by March.
At our New Link Road showroom you can pull a fabric off the rack, hold it against daylight at the door and see exactly how much light it blocks before you commit. We stock sheers and voiles, cotton-polyester blends, jacquards, velvets, textured linen-look weaves and true blackouts, plus every lining and heading style that goes with them.
We also fit the hard side: aluminium tracks, wooden and metal rods, S-fold ripple systems, pelmets, and motorised tracks you can run from your phone. If you already have a designer, send us the specification and we will quote against it.

Every one of these is made to your window sizes — nothing is sold off the shelf.

Three-pass blackout lining for bedrooms and nurseries — the difference between 6 am sunlight and sleeping until 8.
Classic pinch pleats for a tailored fall; eyelets for a relaxed, easy-to-draw look on rods.
Uniform wave folds on a discreet track. The cleanest modern option for large living-room windows.
Fabric blinds that stack in neat horizontal folds — ideal for kitchens, studies and narrow windows.
Roller blinds for simplicity, zebra day-night blinds when you want to switch between light and privacy.
Vertical louvres for wide office windows, wooden and aluminium venetians for tilt-level light control.
Remote or app-controlled tracks and rollers, useful for tall windows and duplex living rooms.
Boxed or upholstered pelmets that hide the track and make ceilings read taller.
Humidity, salt air and hard afternoon sun are the three things that decide how long a curtain lasts here. Pure silk and delicate linens look beautiful for one season and then sag. Tight polyester-blend weaves, jacquards and solution-dyed fabrics hold colour and shape far better, and they wash without shrinking.
The second decision is lining. A dim-out lining softens light and protects the face fabric; a true blackout lining stops it. In a west-facing Goregaon bedroom, a mid-weight fabric with blackout lining will keep the room several degrees cooler and cut your air-conditioning load.
| Fabric | Light control | Best room | Maintenance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sheer / voile | Filters, no privacy at night | Living room, balcony | Machine washable |
| Cotton–poly blend | Medium, good with lining | Any room | Easy, low shrinkage |
| Jacquard | Medium to heavy | Living, dining | Dry clean preferred |
| Velvet | Heavy, excellent insulation | Bedroom, home theatre | Dry clean, vacuum monthly |
| Blackout weave | Blocks 95–100% light | Bedroom, nursery | Wipe or gentle wash |
| Linen-look textures | Medium | Study, guest room | Dry clean |
Most people budget per window rather than per metre, so here is the honest arithmetic. A standard 5 ft × 7 ft bedroom window needs roughly 6–7 metres of fabric for a full-gather pinch pleat, plus lining, plus stitching, plus the track. That is why two quotes for “curtains” can differ by three times — they are rarely measuring the same thing.
Our quotes always separate fabric, lining, stitching, hardware and installation so you can see where the money goes and trim the parts that do not matter to you.
| Item | Indicative range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Sheer fabric | ₹250 – ₹600 per metre | Wider 280 cm sheers reduce joins |
| Printed / blended fabric | ₹450 – ₹900 per metre | Most popular range for bedrooms |
| Jacquard & velvet | ₹900 – ₹2,500 per metre | Premium and imported collections |
| Blackout lining | ₹200 – ₹450 per metre | Adds insulation as well as darkness |
| Stitching | ₹120 – ₹300 per panel | Depends on heading and lining |
| Roller blinds | ₹90 – ₹250 per sq ft | Chain or spring operated |
| Zebra / day-night blinds | ₹150 – ₹350 per sq ft | Switch between light and privacy |
| Roman blinds | ₹250 – ₹600 per sq ft | Fabric dependent, includes mechanism |
| Motorised track | From ₹6,000 per window | Remote or app control |
These are indicative Mumbai ranges to help you plan, not a quotation. Final prices depend on fabric, window size, heading style and hardware — we give you a written, itemised estimate after measuring.

A small showroom with a big fabric library — and staff who would rather help you choose well than sell you more.
As a rule of thumb, multiply the track width by 2 to 2.5 for a full-gather curtain, then add 10–12 inches to the drop for hem and heading. A 5 ft wide window usually needs 6–7 metres of 48-inch fabric for a lined pair. We do this calculation for you free of charge during measurement.
If you sleep past sunrise or work night shifts, choose a three-pass blackout lining — it blocks around 99% of light and cuts heat noticeably on west-facing windows. Dim-out is enough for most living rooms where you only want glare control.
Yes. We supply and fit aluminium tracks, S-fold systems, wooden and metal rods, brackets, pelmets and motorised rails. Installation is done by our own fitters, not outsourced, and the site is cleaned before they leave.
Typically 7 to 10 days from confirming fabric and measurements. Motorised or imported fabric orders can take about two weeks. Tell us if you have a deadline — we can often prioritise.
That is exactly what a showroom is for. Bring a cushion or a photo of the sofa and we will pull coordinating weaves and shades from the same fabric families, or supply matching sofa fabric from our upholstery range.
